Our client in Leicester are looking for Upholsterers to join their expanding team.

About:

• Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-16:30
• Pay : £13.50 to start - after 12 week and successful training - wage will be increasing as per their banding system

Responsibilities 

• Examine furniture to determine repairs or upholstery work
• Select and cut fabrics or materials
• Attach fabrics or materials to furniture frames
• Attach springs, padding, and covers to furniture frames
• Replace damaged or worn furniture parts
• Must have experience with upholstery compressors

Skills

• Good at working with your hands
• Accurate and able to pay attention to detail
• Good at taking measurements and doing calculations
• Able to work quickly and carefully
• Communicative
