Site Manager Required – Office Strip-Out Project

• Rate: £270 per day
• Duration: 10 weeks
• Start Date: 11th May
• Location: Glasgow 

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for an upcoming office strip-out project starting 11th May, with a duration of approximately 10 weeks.

Scope of Works Includes:

• Isolation of services
• Full strip-out works
• Structural alterations
• Brickwork
• Roofing works

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing similar projects, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of health & safety requirements.

Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid certification 
• Previous experience in office refurbishment/strip-out projects
