£60,000 - £65,000 per annum

A reputable Housing Developer is looking for an ambitious Site Manager to join a timber frame project in the Staffordshire area. This business can offer a fast-track progression opportunity to Senior Site Manager within 12 months for the right person.

Job Duties:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage subcontractors and work closely with suppliers
  • Coordinate and schedule construction activities
  • Monitor progress and quality of work
  • Resolve any issues or delays that may arise
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

  • SMSTS certification
  • CSCS card
  • First Aid certification
  • NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Site Manager role with a PLC Housing Developer.  

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of House Building
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Proficiency in project management software

Working Conditions:

This role will require working outdoors on construction sites in various weather conditions. The Site Manager may need to work extended hours to meet project deadlines.
