Salary:
£55,000 - £65,000 per annum
Qualifications:
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
- First Aid Certification
- Valid Driving Licence
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in traditional new build housing projects
- Strong knowledge of site management practises
- Familiarity with NHBC standards
Company Overview:
A recognised Housing Developer has an exciting new project starting up in Coventry and is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team.
Job Duties:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of on-site construction activities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and tradespeople
- Maintain quality control and adherence to project timelines
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- SMSTS certification
- CSCS card
- Valid First Aid certification
- Full UK Driving Licence
Education:
Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in site management within the construction industry
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent organisational and leadership abilities
- Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions:
This role involves working on-site in various weather conditions.
