Job Title: Site Manager

Permanent, Full-Time Monday to Friday

Salary:

£55,000 - £65,000 per annum

Qualifications:

  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
  • CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
  • First Aid Certification
  • Valid Driving Licence

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in traditional new build housing projects
  • Strong knowledge of site management practises
  • Familiarity with NHBC standards

Company Overview:

A recognised Housing Developer has an exciting new project starting up in Coventry and is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team.

Job Duties:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of on-site construction activities
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and tradespeople
  • Maintain quality control and adherence to project timelines
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

  • SMSTS certification
  • CSCS card
  • Valid First Aid certification
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Education:

Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management or related field

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in site management within the construction industry

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent organisational and leadership abilities
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Working Conditions:

This role involves working on-site in various weather conditions.
