Job Title: Site Manager

Job Type:

Temporary, starting Monday 8th July for 3 months.

Expected to work Full-Time hours Monday to Friday

Job Duties:

The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations and construction activities on a new build housing site. Duties include coordinating and supervising subcontractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, managing project timelines and budgets, and liaising with clients and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

Applicants must hold a valid SMSTS certification, CSCS card, First Aid qualification, Scaffold certification, and a valid Driving Licence.


Minimum of 2 years of experience in site management within the construction industry.
