An established construction business is seeking a Site Manager for a 3-month freelance contract to oversee small roofing and fire alarm installation projects in Nottingham.

Job Duties:

  • Manage and oversee small roofing and fire alarm installation projects
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Monitor project progress and timelines
  • Manage project budgets and costs
  • Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid DBS
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • CSCS Certification
  • SMSTS Certification
  • First Aid Certification
  • Asbestos Awareness Training


Prior experience in managing refurbishment, roofing, and fire alarm installation projects

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of construction processes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in project management software
