Our Leeds office are looking for a service consultant to join our established and very busy office.
This role would suit someone with either a recruitment or account manager background.
Our Leeds office are an established name in North West and have an excellent reputation for sourcing available trades and labour candidates to numerous projects across the Yorkshire region and beyond.
The role involves:
- Working with our consultants to help source candidates
- Arranging training for our candidates such as CSCS training, asbestos awareness and working at heights
- Liaising with our payroll department to ensure everyone is paid on time each week and compliant
- Working with some of our established clients to ensure service levels are high and we continue being their recruitment company of choice
The crux of this role is balancing the need to work at pace in an organised manner as you speak to our clients, candidates and customers - spinning lots of plates basically.
