Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are working in partnership with an Alfreton based concrete casting company, assisting their search for a semi dry caster to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. 

This is a physically intense, manual job and ideally the right candidate will have some experience working in a concrete based environment. 

The Job: 

• Using a semi dry mix to manually make concrete castings 
• Stripping castings out of moulds 
• Quality checking and ensuring all products are up to spec, without any cracks or defects 

About You: 

• Experience working in a concrete casting environment 
• Comfortable with manual labouring and heavy lifting 
• Looking for a long term opportunity

The Pay:

Starting rate of £12.20 per hour - moving onto piece work once trained and confident - earning up to £16 per hour 

The Hours: 

Monday - Friday 5am - 1pm or 6am - 2pm
