Job description
Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are searching for a Sales Support Administrator to join our world-leading Chesterfield based Industrial client in their admin department!
Job responsibilities:
- Provide efficient service to internal and external personnel
- Control stock levels of customer items within limits agreed
- Operate systems clearly and efficiently, regularly monitoring to ensure order entry is in full compliance with both customer requirements and company policies
- Provide regular administrative support to Account Managers where necessary
Skills required:
- Communication and people development skills
- Developing relationships
- Review resources and adjust workload dependent on deadlines
- Focused understanding of customer care and after sales service.
- Fully competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications essential
Hours and pay:
- Monday – Thursday 9am-5pm (30 min unpaid break)
- Friday 9am-2pm
- £11.75-£12.25 per hour dependent on experience
