Sales Support Administrator

Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are searching for a Sales Support Administrator to join our world-leading Chesterfield based Industrial client in their admin department!

Job responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient service to internal and external personnel
  • Control stock levels of customer items within limits agreed
  • Operate systems clearly and efficiently, regularly monitoring to ensure order entry is in full compliance with both customer requirements and company policies
  • Provide regular administrative support to Account Managers where necessary

Skills required:

  • Communication and people development skills
  • Developing relationships
  • Review resources and adjust workload dependent on deadlines
  • Focused understanding of customer care and after sales service.
  • Fully competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications essential

Hours and pay:

  • Monday – Thursday 9am-5pm (30 min unpaid break)
  • Friday 9am-2pm
  • £11.75-£12.25 per hour dependent on experience
