Job Description

A leading construction business is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer for a long-term temporary contract in Nottingham. The role is based in the East Midlands, specifically Nottinghamshire, Nottingham.

Start date: September 2024

Job Duties:

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with residents affected by construction projects.
  • Communicate effectively with residents to address their concerns and provide updates on project timelines.
  • Coordinate community engagement activities and events to foster a positive relationship between the construction company and residents.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all interactions with residents.
  • Document all resident communications and feedback for project reporting purposes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate.
  • NVQ Customer care (desired)
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

Education:

No specific educational requirements, but relevant qualifications in customer service would be advantageous.

Experience:

Prior experience in customer care or customer service roles within construction is required.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position with hours expected to work.
