We are a busy and successful recruitment team, partnering with a great range of clients, in providing both temporary and permanent solutions. Working throughout the Estates, Facilities and Maintenance industries across the UK, the division is ridiculously busy with opportunities and the team are so keen to recruit an Administrator to support our team, to ensure we can increase further our market share and exceed our client and candidate’s needs and requirements.
This role is not just about formatting CVs or completing payroll so that our consultants can concentrate on making the sale – this role is about being an integral part of the team, helping support our very busy consultants to do the best work possible connecting our clients with the right candidates. You'll be getting involved with helping to coordinate marketing campaigns, keeping our database in tip top condition, being the first point of call for new candidate and client enquiries and ensuring we are working to the highest levels of compliance possible.
Ideally, you'll be using your excellent administration and co-ordination skills already gained through several years of office admin experience, alongside your excellent microsoft and excel skills to whizz through your daily tasks in an efficient and pro-active manner, and your excellent communication skills will be put to good use dealing with various candidate queries.
For the ambitious – the sky is the limit. Our EFM division is expanding, and there are always opportunities for progression, with several different routes for promotion. This role is a maternity cover vacancy now but there is every chance for the right person to move into a permanent role.
