As our business grows once again, we are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our successful Leicester office and to become an integral part of our team.

Previous recruitment agency experience would be beneficial however, the job is open to applications from people with either Sales, Customer Service or Administration backgrounds.

Your Role:

This is a position that requires your application of a variety of skills and personality qualities.

• A large amount of time speaking to candidates over the phone and face to face

• Screening candidates against pre-agreed criteria

• Matching candidates to jobs

• Identifying sales leads to pass to Business Development team

• Data entry – adding new candidates to our database

• Assisting with timesheets and compliance paperwork

• Delivering high levels of customer service to both clients and candidates

• Working as part of a close knit team

The main aspect of this role is balancing the need to work at pace as you speak to candidates and clients, using all the tools at your disposal to build rapport – but also focussing on the accurate and timely completion of administration tasks as you work to meet fixed deadlines.

You:

• Previous customer service experience is required

• If you have recruitment experience, this would be an advantage but not essential

• Full UK Drivers Licence is handy but again, not essential
