If so, we have an exciting new vacancy to join our successful Leicester team.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you would be responsible for proactively working as part of our team, dealing with our clients and candidates alike to deliver a high level of service whilst always displaying our passionate company values. You would also be required to develop new business to continue the branches growth after a fantastic 21/22 financial year.
With additional training and support, you will receive an abundance of opportunity and uncapped financial reward.
You will be responsible for:
- Daily contact with our client base – to provide a high level of customer service and to check for future requirements
- Consulting with the branch service team, overseeing recruitment campaigns to recruit a high volume of candidates for warehouse / production and factory roles
- Business Development – using various methods – telephone calls, face to face visits, mailer campaigns are just a few of the methods that can be used to introduce ourselves to potential new clients
- Using our new CRM system
- Handle queries, negotiating and problem solving
- Hours of work: 8am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday
Our ideal recruit will have the following attributes:
- Fantastic customer service skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Previous recruitment experience beneficial but not essential!
- Previous business development or sales experience
- Strong computer and admin skills
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask
- Friendly and approachable with a solution-focused attitude
- Flexible and dedicated
- Driver’s license and own transport is a must

- Basic Salary £24k - £28k with 1st year OTE £28k - £32k (commission is uncapped!)
