We are a busy and successful recruitment team, partnering with a great range of clients, in providing both temporary and permanent solutions. Working throughout the Estates, Facilities and Maintenance industries across the UK, the division is ridiculously busy with opportunities and the team are so keen to recruit a Resourcer to ensure we can increase further our market share and exceed our client and candidate’s needs and requirements.

This role is not just about filling jobs so that our consultants can concentrate on making the sale – this role is about proactive, long term and strategic development of our candidate database, it’s about building our brand as the market leader in facilities management recruitment, it’s about promoting our division and company to the active and passive candidate markets, and more than anything it’s about making sure that every candidate who crosses your desk is given the absolute best customer service possible.

You may already be working in recruitment and have a drive to focus on candidate development and management or perhaps you are working in a customer focused role and feel that your excellent communication and interpersonal skills are just right for a recruitment environment. Either way, we are looking for someone who understands what drives and motivates people, you will have a natural flair for getting strangers to open up to you and you are certainly not afraid of picking up the phone.
