We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to join our team on a long-term freelance basis. This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional who thrives in delivering complex projects across multiple disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain seamless project execution.
• Drive compliance with health & safety regulations and quality assurance protocols.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction across all phases of construction.

Qualifications

Must have Black CSCS Card with SMSTS and 1st Aid

Essential Experience

• Civils: Strong background in groundworks, infrastructure, and civil engineering projects.
• Build: Proven track record managing large-scale building projects.
• M&E: Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems integration.
• Fit-Out: Expertise in high-quality interior fit-out projects for commercial or residential spaces.

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 10+ years of project management experience in the construction sector.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving capabilities.
