The Role
You’ll take ownership of the full project delivery, managing programme, coordination, and client engagement while working alongside a strong on-site team. This is a site-based position, focused on leadership and delivery rather than hands-on site work.
You’ll be supported by:

You’ll be responsible for programme management using MS Project, with project documentation and drawings managed via Procore.

- Gym refurbishment and new shower block
- Fit-out of 23 bedrooms with en-suites
- Full HVAC and M&E installation
- Refurbishment and decoration of communal areas
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end project delivery from pre-construction through to handover
- Programme ownership and high-level planning input
- Stakeholder management, particularly with client-side FM and facilities teams
- Coordination of site team and subcontractors
- Ensuring works are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard
About You
- Proven experience delivering fit-out projects in a similar value range
- Strong client-facing skills – comfortable dealing with demanding stakeholders
- Experience managing projects with significant M&E packages
- Highly organised with strong programme management capability
- Local to Manchester (no accommodation budget available)
Additional Info
- Primarily daytime working, with occasional evening/weekend work for key activities (e.g. crane lifts)
- No major site restrictions anticipated over the summer period
This is a great opportunity to take the lead on a high-profile, fast-track project with strong support in place and clear scope of responsibility. Please reach out to Jo on 07884238973
