Company: A growing construction business based in Manchester are expanding their team due to a strong pipeline of work.
Description: Looking for a Programme / Project Manager to oversee residential planned repair projects across the North West. Offering a bespoke package including car allowance or company car and bonus scheme.
Job Duties:
- Manage and oversee residential planned repair projects across the North West
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely project completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Required Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience as a Programme / Project Manager in the construction industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
Experience:
Proven experience as a Programme / Project Manager in the construction industry
Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of planned repairs, kitchens and bathrooms, repairs and maintenance
- Ability to effectively manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certification in Project Management
- Experience working on residential construction projects
Working Conditions:
This role involves working on-site at various residential construction project locations across the North West. Travel may be required.
