Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 Per annum

Company: A growing construction business based in Manchester are expanding their team due to a strong pipeline of work.

Description: Looking for a Programme / Project Manager to oversee residential planned repair projects across the North West. Offering a bespoke package including car allowance or company car and bonus scheme.

Job Duties:

  • Manage and oversee residential planned repair projects across the North West
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely project completion
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management or related field
  • Proven experience as a Programme / Project Manager in the construction industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities

Experience:

Proven experience as a Programme / Project Manager in the construction industry

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Knowledge of planned repairs, kitchens and bathrooms, repairs and maintenance
  • Ability to effectively manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certification in Project Management
  • Experience working on residential construction projects

Working Conditions:

This role involves working on-site at various residential construction project locations across the North West. Travel may be required.
