Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are searching for experienced Team Leaders to join our clients friendly team on a long term basis.

This will be a Monday – Friday role, assisting in managing our current operatives across a two-shift operation.

*It is essential that you have experience in a contract packing / re-packing environment*

The role:

• Managing a variety of products and staff across production lines with up to 4-7 employees on each line.
• Ensuring the usual high standards of work and cleanliness are achieved.
• Liaising with the production team and completing production schedules.
• Achieving and surpassing agreed targets and KPI’s.
• Manage / maintain all re-pack consumables.
• Working on a rotating shift pattern of 6:00am - 2:00pm and 2:00pm - 10:00pm.

The Pay:

£12.75ph.

The ideal candidate:

• Has experience in leading production / re-pack lines in a similar industry.
• Familiar with H&S, manual handling, accident reporting etc.
• Competent on all Microsoft packages.
• Can work towards KPI's and targets.
• Able to work effectively and efficiently within a team.
