What are we looking for?
We are about to embark on the next stage of our expansion - we’re looking for a Managing Consultant to build on our already successful Building Services permanent placements offering. You’ll be using your natural communication and leadership skills to manage junior consultants, getting the best from them through coaching and development, whilst building your desk within our existing London client base.

You’ll be working for a Sunday Times Best 100 company, which means working with and managing consultants who are engaged, happy and trusted - here’s what you will have to make this role a great fit for your career:
- 4+ years’ experience in permanent or white collar temporary recruitment, ideally in a Facilities Management, Building Services, Technical, Construction or Engineering industry
- A natural willingness to train and develop others
- Great client and candidate networking skills
- Better than average written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow a structure and clear recruitment process
