Maintenance Technician

About the client:

Our client that has been operational for nearly 5 decades and has expanded its branch network to over 200 sites whilst still maintaining a family feel business.  Not only are they a lead in their sector for the manufacturing and distribution of their products, they are also a lead in the industry  with regards to sustainability and heavily invest in their recycling facilities and their manufacturing operations.

 

Pay and Benefits:

-          Starting salary of upto £44,100 per annum (dependant on experience)

-          Working on a shift pattern – 12 hours per shift following a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (06.00-18.00/18.00-06.00)

Responsibilities:

-          Ordering replacement parts/equipment

-          Completing Electrical and/or Mechanical installations     

-          Completing breakdown maintenance

-          Liaising with Contractors and Suppliers

-          Must be able to read and work from Technical drawings

-          Ensure that site remains fully operational

 

Qualifications/Experience:

-          Full UK Driving licence   

-          Electrical and/or Mechanical qualifications (could include apprenticeships)

-          Experience in a similar fast paced Maintenance Technician role
