Dryliner – Glasgow

Thorn Baker Construction is currently recruiting for an experienced Dryliner to join a busy construction project in Glasgow.

This is a great opportunity for a skilled and reliable Dryliner to work with a reputable contractor on an ongoing project.

The Role

As a Dryliner, you will be responsible for installing partition walls, ceilings and other drylining systems to a high standard, ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.

Typical duties include:

• Installing metal stud partition systems.
• Fixing plasterboard to walls and ceilings.
• Boarding, insulating and framing works.
• Reading and interpreting site drawings.
• Ensuring work is completed to specification and quality standards.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area.

Requirements

• Valid CSCS Card.
• Previous experience working as a Dryliner on construction sites.
• Own tools and PPE.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Strong understanding of site health and safety.
