Customer Service Logistics Administrator
Job description
Please note this is office based role, and experience within an industrial environment is essential.
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join our highly successful client in the Bingham area of Nottingham.
Pay and Benefits:
- £28,000 - 30,000 DOE
- Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:00.
- 33 days holiday (includes 8 bank holidays)

Responsibilities:
- Handling customer complaints and processing returns
- Managing courier claims efficiently
- Collaborating with the Logistics Manager to streamline processes
Qualifications / Experience
- Proven customer service experience within industrial environment
- Strong IT skills (Google Drive) and phone systems (Cisco)
- Working knowledge of CRM tools
- Ability to deal with a variety of daily issues, multi task and prioritise work
- Continuous improvement driven with a desire to seek and implement change
