Customer Service Executive - Industrial E-commerce

Job description

Please note this is office based role, and experience within an industrial environment is essential.

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join our highly successful client in the Bingham area of Nottingham.

Pay and Benefits:

  • £28,000 - 30,000 DOE
  • Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:00.
  • 33 days holiday (includes 8 bank holidays)

Responsibilities:

  • Handling day-to-day customer calls and purchase orders (POs)
  • Managing the shared inbox and responding promptly to inquiries
  • Booking out orders and coordinating with internal teams

Qualifications / Experience

  • Proven customer service experience within industrial environment
  • Strong IT skills (Google Drive) and phone systems (Cisco)
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools
  • Ability to deal with a variety of daily issues, multi task and prioritise work
  • Continuous improvement driven with a desire to seek and implement change
