Customer Service Advisor

Job description

We are looking for a friendly , professional and customer focused Customer Service Advisor to join our Client DMW Logistics in Sutton in Ashfield on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems and delivering excellent customer experience.

Main Duties:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain customer records and update internal systems
  • Assist with and complete daily reporting tasks regarding goods received, despatched and produced in the customer required timescales
  • Use the Warehouse Management Stock System to process orders in a timely manner
  • Complete administrative duties to ensure that all customer requirements are being met
  • File and archive paperwork
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Build relationships with customer to maximise opportunities

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
  • Methodical with a good attention for detail and numeracy
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and customer service systems

 

Pay Rate and Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: up to 40 hours
  • Working hours: 8.00am - 17.00pm
  • Pay rate: £13/h
