Salary: £230 - £250 Per day

Job Description

A reputable and award-winning housing developer is seeking a freelance Assistant Site Manager to oversee a traditional new build housing project in Dorset. In this role, you will work closely with the Site Manager and a supportive team to ensure the successful completion of the project.

Job Duties:

  • Assist the Site Manager in managing the build of traditional new build housing
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Maintain high-quality standards throughout the construction process
  • Monitor progress and report to the Site Manager

Required Qualifications:

  • SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) or SMSTS
  • CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
  • First Aid Certification
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Prior experience in site management within the house building sector
  • Strong knowledge of traditional new build housing processes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
