Job title: Assistant Site Manager/Finisher

Thorn Baker are looking for a freelance assistant site manager in Castle Gresley for a social housing client. We are looking for someone who can start immediately.

Ideally we need someone from a trade background, you will be response for creating snag lists and ensuring plots are ready for final checks.

*we are unable to pay CIS for this position, it will be paid via umbrella*

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience as an ASM or finisher
• Social housing experience preferred but not essential
• Snagging
