Job Title: Assistant Site Manager

Location: West Midlands, Worcestershire, Bromsgrove

Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours

Primary Industry: Construction, House Building, Housing

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

Company Description:

An established Housing Developer who are renowned in the sector for their high quality build and incredible NHBC achievements are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their team this year!

They have a new development in the Bromsgrove area which consists of traditional houses and apartments.

Job Duties:

  • Assist the Site Manager in overseeing the construction site
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and tradespeople
  • Monitor progress and quality of work
  • Assist in managing site logistics and resources

Required Qualifications:

  • SMSTS certification
  • CSCS card
  • First Aid qualification
  • Scaffold training
  • Driving Licence

Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

  • Experience in traditional house building
  • NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification (desired)
  • Part of an NHBC Pride in the Job Winning team (desired)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
