Job Title: Assistant Site Manager

Thorn Baker's Award-Winning client is looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their expanding team. This house builder an outstanding reputation for high quality standards. This is an opportunity to work on a brand-new timber frame housing site in Rotherham.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall project delivery from inception to practical completion.
  • Manage and liaise with both internal staff and external sub-contractors to ensure a smooth process.
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing for all staff and visitors.
  • Identify concerns with processes, methods, or data and contribute to the development of company-wide solutions, bearing the customer needs in mind.
  • Proactively check all facilities during works for damage and report to management.

Required Skills:

  • Previous experience from permanent employment as an Assistant Site Manager for a Housing Developer.
  • SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid at Work
  • PLC experience essential, timber frame experience desired.
  • Full UK Driving License
