You will ideally already be working in an administration position that involves working with payrolls, compliance and ideally aware of employment law. In addition you will have a passion for the accuracy and getting things right first time. 

Important Traits include:

Being a Completer Finisher

Process Driven - able to pick up new process's and where necessary improve

Good Attention to Detail - at times you could process over 150 time-sheets a week
