You will ideally already be working or have worked in an administration position that involves working with payrolls, compliance and ideally aware of employment law. In addition you will have a passion for the accuracy and getting things right first time as well as being able to look at system and process and making tweaks to improve efficiency .
Important Traits include:
Being a Completer Finisher
Process Driven - able to pick up new processes and where necessary improve
Good Attention to Detail - at times you could be checking over 200 timesheets per week
The position is initially temporary for 2-3 months but could potentially lead to a more permanent role.
