What I enjoy most about Construction Recruitment is it’s fast-paced nature, no two days are the same.
I look after one of our Trades and Labour teams within our Northern office. My role as Business Manager is to ensure my team are delivering a high-quality service to our clients. The Consultants within my team are an experienced and passionate bunch who specialise in the supply of labour to Fit-out, Residential, Commercial, Build, Heritage and Offsite/Modular projects.
It’s fulfilling to know that the work we do to supplement our clients' projects has a real impact on their delivery
Our support staff ensure that we have all the tools we need to deliver a great recruitment experience to our clients and candidates.
Outside of work my time is split between my young son, Charlie and keeping myself active, spending as much time outdoors as possible.
