November sees a period of change for the Office & Commercial team at Thorn Baker with the appointment of a new Divisional Manager, Sam Lawrence.
Sam has worked in the recruitment industry since 2003, specialising in the commercial sector within the East Midlands. With experience of launching start-up operations and developing established branches including new business acquisitions, recruitment and training of staff and building client relationships. Sam is tasked with overseeing the commercial division within our Chesterfield and Nottingham offices, responsible for driving business development with key accounts, managing processes, staff recruitment, training and development.
