for our Office & Commercial Division.
The software allows us to test candidate skills in all the areas that our clients feel are important for a person to fit in well within the role. The new software allows us to create bespoke tests for each role and provides tangible evidence to back up the candidates CV, experience and our initial job matching processes.
We believe that this added value candidate selection process helps give clients the peace of mind that the candidate we have provided can do the job and allows them to concentrate on getting the right personality traits for their business. It also means that the clients no longer need to hold their own candidate testing, saving both time and money.
We’ve also been hiring more Consultants as our market share continues to expand. Susan Gregory joins our Nottingham Commercial team this month. Susan is new to recruitment but is a graduate with a recent business development track record. Although early days Susan has already started to look and sound like a successful Recruiter and clients in and around Nottingham will no doubt soon be counting her as a top source for filling their staffing needs.
